Things We Love

Can you tell how amazing these chairs are? We bought them at first because seeing them instantly made us think they would be perfect for a bachelor pad. The more we think about them though, they become more and more the perfect element to mix into a traditional space. They are contemporary without being very complicated and are interesting because it seems like they should be constructed of leather but instead are metal. I love that for some reason. And to add one more slight detail- they are surprisingly comfortable.

From Our Place to Yours

So excited that two pieces from the store made it into such a carefully thought out vision for a newly remodeled home. Hopefully, we can persuade them to send many more pictures (because it is amazing) but for now, here is the upholstered bed we ordered from Lee.
And their very fun mustard couch:
that sits across built-in benches with a great striped fabric. That's one of the greatest parts about Lee, the quality is consistent but the vision is all yours.

The options are endless and it is so fun to see what people choose...can't wait to see what you might choose...

Things We Love

This is one of our favorite pieces. We love that it has been transformed and re-purposed (by us), both because it becomes somewhat "green" and because it creates an interesting and functional new piece with a purpose. From a life of storing champagne grapes, this bin is now a perfect bench or ottoman that also doubles as a discreet place to store things.

From Our Place to Yours

Just a couple more pieces to make the journey up to New York. Loved these chairs and think they've never looked so darling!

Holiday Gift Ideas

With the holidays approaching, there always seems to be a need for the perfect gift. Whether a small token of appreciation for someone's hospitality, or finding something thoughtful for someone dear, we have various options that might just be perfect.
These Grainware barwares are great. They look great on a table, and instantly bring a fun contemporary feel to  entertaining. They also make for a great wedding gift.

MOR soaps, creams, and lip glosses smell wonderful and come in their own nice tins.

A great stocking stuffer, or clever little gift for someone who needs a little pampering after a long week.

Why not look cute while cooking this year during Thanksgiving with these fun printed aprons? Also a cute kitchen shower gift for any brides to be.

Feel free to judge these antique books by their covers.
Fun burlap printed totes. Great to use as a shopping bag, school bag, or even to use  for a cute and green idea for Christmas wrap.
Beautiful seasonal linens add a warm touch to a powder room or kitchen.

Burlap wine bags

Men can be so difficult to shop for, but here's a great little thoughtful gift idea--Whiskey Rocks. They freeze up and won't melt in those fancy single malts....glasses are on their way!
I kid you not, these candles smell a-mazing. From Snow Gardenia to Italian Blood Orange,  they actually succeed in making your whole home so fragrant, perfect if you're the one hosting, or to bring as a thoughtful gift to the one who is.

Quirky tape dispenser, fun for someone whose desk needs some sprucing.

Great antler candle stick holders, perfect for a Thanksgiving table or to bring in a natural element to an elegant table.

A couple of our favorite things found homes with a couple of our favorite people.
Mary Claire's Stangl Lovebird Lamp from the 20's, at home in her NY apartment

And straight from Blair Waldorf's mantel:
To Courtney Ten's:

Happy they have such good homes!

Welcome to the Shop

Little puppers.

I have seen ostrich eggs painted before with ranch brands...might even be cool to do with a monogram just to make them your own.
Beautiful sconces and fun printed pillows.
